Private Consulting Rooms

A choice of one of six private consulting rooms

Our private consulting rooms are located upstairs, with a separate waiting room and kitchenette. Rooms have individual split systems, adjustable lighting, desk and office chair and either 2 armchairs, or an armchair and couch.

Consulting Room Rates:

Full Time: $460/week
Full Day: $140/day
Half Day: $80

Please note: To maintain the integrity of our existing services, our private consulting rooms are not available for psychology or counselling services that may overlap with those provided by Mind in Mind Psychology. Mental health clinicians are, however, very welcome to hire our Boardroom and Learning Studio for meetings, supervision, professional development, workshops, training and other suitable professional activities.

A private professional meeting space for 8–10 people

Our Boardroom offers a comfortable and private environment for meetings, supervision and professional collaboration.

With a large boardroom table seating 8–10 people, it's an ideal alternative to a corporate meeting room for smaller professional groups.

Boardroom Rates

Hourly (2-hour minimum): $90/hour
Half Day (up to 4 hours): $320
Full Day (up to 8 hours): $550

The Learning Studio

A 54m² flexible space for learning, training and connection

Our Learning Studio is a spacious 6m × 9m multipurpose room with a kitchenette, designed for professional learning, collaboration and group activities.

The room can be configured in different ways depending on your event, making it ideal for everything from professional development and clinical training to community education and team days.

Learning Studio Rates

Hourly (3-hour minimum): $120/hour
Half Day (up to 4 hours): $420
Full Day (up to 8 hours): $780

Custom rates are available for recurring, multi-day and larger bookings.
