FEES & REBATES
Psychology Appointments
Psychology appointments are approximately 50 minutes duration. Fees for appointments vary depending on the psychologist’s level of experience, and are payable on the morning of your appointment.
Psychology Rebates from Medicare will be processed after your appointment and credited directly to your bank account.
You are welcome to fund your appointments in any way that you wish, and through most third parties. However, full payment of our fees are required on the day of your appointment. You will then be able to seek reimbursement from your third party insurer.

Fees
Fees for appointments vary according to the clinician’s level of experience.
Provisional Psychologist = $150 -$160
Registered Psychologist fees = $240-$270
Clinical Psychologist fees = $250-$290
Initial appointments incur a one-off fee of $15.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that a cancellation fee applies for all appointments cancelled within 48 hours.
Rebates

You may be eligible for a Mental Health Treatment Plan through your GP. This entitles you to a Medicare rebate per individual session, which is valid for up to 10 sessions per year. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

WorkCover provide support to people who have experienced a work-related injury or illness. Mind in Mind Psychology is an approved provider of psychology services for WorkCover.

The NDIS provides support for people with disability, their families, and carers. Mind in Mind Psychology is an NDIS registered provider of Therapeutic Supports.

Open Arms supports those who serve or have served in defence of our nation, as well as their families. Mind in Mind Psychology is an approved provider of psychology services for Open Arms, as well as DVA.

Talk to your private health insurance provider to see if you are eligible to a claim a rebate for psychological services.

Administered by the Victorian Government, this scheme provides financial support to individuals who have suffered injury (physical or psychological) due to a violent crime. Assistance can cover expenses such as medical treatment, counselling, safety-related costs, and more. Eligibility requires that the crime occurred in Victoria and was reported to the police, unless special circumstances apply.
